Privacy policy
We collect the minimum: only what is needed to accept an order and get in touch with you. Below is a plain description of what that is, why we need it and how long we keep it.
Who processes your data
The data controller is ИП Dreams — the Dreams Home homeware shop, Астана, ЖК Capital Park Light, Керей Жанибек хандар 50, рядом со 2 подъездом.

What we collect
When you place an order you give us your name, phone number and preferred contact channel, and — for delivery — your city and address. The order comment is optional.
We never ask for or store card details: payment happens off the site, by transfer or against an invoice the manager sends you.
The site requires no registration and creates no user accounts.
Why we need it
To confirm the item is in stock and contact you about the order.
To hand the order to a courier or prepare it for pickup.
To resolve matters if an item does not suit you, arrives damaged or has to be returned.
We do not use your contacts for newsletters or advertising and do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the order form. You may withdraw it at any time — write to us and we will delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
Who else sees the data
An order from the site reaches our manager as a Telegram message, which travels through servers operated by Telegram Messenger Inc.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers sit outside Kazakhstan, so your browser request is handled abroad. By placing an order you agree to this cross-border transfer.
For deliveries we give the courier your name, phone and address — delivery is impossible without them.
We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep order correspondence and purchase records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and honour warranties, and for the period the law prescribes for accounting records.
If the order does not go ahead, the data is deleted once the conversation ends.
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS.
Only the staff who handle orders can see incoming requests.
We do not keep orders in open spreadsheets and never publish them.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing.
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email — we reply within three business days.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising or analytics cookies and do not track you across other sites.
Your cart is kept in your browser storage so items do not disappear as you move between pages. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us — clearing the site data in your browser removes it.
Changes to this policy
If the data we collect changes, we will update this document and the revision date at the bottom of the page. Please take a look before you order.
