What if an item is out of stock?+
Items marked «made to order» arrive with our next shipment, usually one to two weeks. A manager will give you the exact date before you pay anything.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Yes, within 14 days if the item is unused and the packaging is intact, as the law provides. If something arrives broken we resolve it immediately at our own cost.
